Yes. Samples of our stock items are free — you only need to cover the courier cost (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT). For custom-developed samples a small sample fee applies, which is refundable once you place the bulk order. Samples are normally dispatched within 3–7 days.

We accept T/T (30% deposit in advance, balance paid before shipment), L/C at sight, and Western Union for small amounts.

Yes. We support private-label OEM: your own brand on cones, labels, cartons and packages, plus customized counts, twist, colors, cone sizes and packing. Just send your specification and we will produce to your exact requirement.

We offer a wide range of stock colors and can also match any Pantone code or your own color sample. Free PDF color cards are available for most of our yarn and thread — just ask us for one.

We run a strict QC system covering every step, from incoming raw material to final packing. Our products are tested with USTER and certified with OEKO-TEX. Every batch is inspected before shipment, and quality inspection reports are available upon request. Additional certifications can be applied for as required.

Yes. We welcome trial orders and small quantities, and we can combine different yarns and threads into one shipment to help you control inventory and test the market with low risk. However, considering the relatively high shipping costs, it is recommended to purchase in bulk.

To get an accurate quote, please provide: material and count / specification, twist, color, quantity, cone size and packing, plus your destination port and preferred trade term. The more details you give, the faster we can reply with a precise price.

Yes. We provide full export documents including PI, commercial invoice, packing list, B/L and certificate of origin, for bulk order we can arrange additional certifications (such as SGS inspection or GRS) as required by your market.
