Our Recycled Polyester Cotton Blended Yarn is made by blending recycled polyester fiber and recycled cotton fiber through advanced spinning technology. The recycled polyester is derived from post-consumer plastic bottles, spinning waste and pulp blocks, which are processed through crushing, cleaning, drying and melting extrusion. The recycled cotton is made from waste cotton textiles and combed cotton waste, realizing the closed-loop recycling of textile resources. This blend not only reduces reliance on virgin fibers but also replaces landfill and incineration, effectively reducing the environmental burden of the textile industry.
We offer flexible blending ratios to meet different application needs. The common ratios include 65% Recycled Polyester + 35% Recycled Cotton, 50% Recycled Polyester + 50% Recycled Cotton, 40% Recycled Polyester + 60% Recycled Cotton, etc. When the polyester content is more than 50%, it is called Polyester/Cotton (T/C), and when it is less than 50%, it is called CVC. All yarns are produced with strict quality control, ensuring stable performance and consistent quality.
